Measure before ordering:
212028-1X: 1.574-inch bearing bore/inside diameter. Mounting centers 6.620 inches; bracket width (front-to-back) 1.500 inches; bearing centerline to mounting surface 2.250 inches. M10 × 1.5 mounting studs, shown in official Style 17 diagram. Current page lists 0.394-inch bolt-hole field and M10 × 1.5 stud thread.
5-3147X: 1.125-inch (28.575 mm) bearing caps on both axes; 2.556-inch (64.922 mm) inside snap-ring span (NOT overall width) on both axes. Inside snap rings (ISR). Greaseable.
Use a caliper to measure every cap and BOTH joint axes. Measure the inside snap-ring span, not the overall cap-to-cap width.
For the bearing, check the shaft bearing seat/bore and the actual mounting arrangement. Mounting centers are not overall bracket length; center height is measured to the mounting surface. Older catalogs show 1.520-inch bracket width; current Dana specification is 1.500 inches. Check clearance where critical.
