Shipping Information

We process and ship orders quickly. Drivetrain repairs are time-sensitive — a truck that cannot work costs money — and we treat every order accordingly.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on package weight, dimensions, and destination to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective delivery for your order. Specific carrier requests can be noted in your order — we will accommodate where possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic orders typically deliver within 2–5 business days after shipment depending on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout where offered. Estimated delivery times are carrier projections and are not guaranteed — actual transit time may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking confirmation email for the carrier's system to reflect an active status update — this is normal during the initial scan-in process.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Address corrections after an order has shipped may result in additional carrier fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, note the damage with the delivery driver if possible and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. If your shipment appears lost in transit, contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed and we will open a carrier trace. We will work to resolve damaged and lost shipment claims promptly.
