OEM Dana Spicer Manufacturer Warranty

All genuine Dana Spicer parts sold by Platinum Performance Parts are covered by Dana Incorporated's OEM manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product category — U-joints, axle shafts, and ball joints carry different coverage periods than seals or hardware fasteners. Contact us with your part number and original purchase date to initiate a warranty claim and we will assist with the process.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Parts that have been installed or show evidence of installation attempts
  • Parts returned without original manufacturer packaging
  • Parts returned without a valid RMA number
  • Orders placed more than 30 days prior to the return request
  • Special-order items designated as non-returnable at time of purchase

Wrong Part or Damaged Shipment

If you received an incorrect part or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item. We will ship the correct replacement promptly and arrange return of the wrong or damaged item at our cost — no hassle, no charge to you.

Fitment Responsibility

OEM Dana Spicer parts are application-specific. A part that does not match your exact axle designation, configuration, and spline count is not a warranty or return-eligible item under incorrect ordering. We strongly recommend verifying your part number against your vehicle's confirmed axle designation before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering — we are glad to confirm the correct part number at no charge.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with your RMA number and return instructions within one business day. Do not return any item without a valid RMA number — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
